My Son was an important religious centre of the Champa Kingdom and preserves Hindu tower-temple ruins. It joined the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1999. Follow the paths to discover red-brick towers and sandstone carvings. The site is inland from Hoi An, outside the Ancient Town; arrange transport separately, wear comfortable shoes, bring water and sun protection, and follow the marked visitor routes.
